eStock Yacht Share has pioneered the use of fractional ownership applied to yachts, whether that be a sail yacht, motor yacht or regatta yacht. Most yacht owners only use their yacht several weeks a year and the costs to acquire and maintain a yacht are immense. With several people sharing one Yacht, it will be used and the costs are shared.
Therefore eStock Yacht Share set up a co-owner agreement so each co-owner has the same rights; to use the Yacht 80 days a year, which are 20 days in each season, pay yearly costs that cover all the maintenance, mooring, cleaning and preparing, and at the beginning of each year, through a booking program of eStock Yacht Share, the periods of use from the Yacht for the co-owners will be divided.
